Orders
Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming the order and the order number.
If you have not received the order confirmation email, please contact us([email protected]), attaching a screenshot of the bank charge and your order details.
You can pay by credit or debit card, Visa or MasterCard. By contacting us([email protected]) you can pay by bank transfer.
You can benefit from the subscriber discount by adding your subscriber number in the coupon box, the same for any other promotion or discount.
*Discounts or promotions are not cumulative, once payment has been made no discount will be applied to your order.
When you receive the order confirmation, in the same email you will receive the invoice, if you cannot download it or the invoice is not attached, you can request it at [email protected].
You have the following options to obtain your order
- Store pick-up. You will be notified by e-mail when your order is ready; the pick up schedule is from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 at the stadium store. To pick up your order you will need to show your ID card.
- Shipping. It will be sent to the delivery address of the order, you will receive the shipping number by email so you can track your order and will be contacted before delivery.
- Pick up at the post office. It will be sent to the post office or collection point agreed in your order, you will receive the shipping number by email so you can track your order. To pick up the order you will have to show your ID card.
Any change in the status of your order will be notified in your e-mail.
Store pickup orders will be ready for pickup on the second business day, you will be notified by email when you can pick up your order.
Orders with shipping will be delivered to the agreed address within 2 to 7 working days; orders outside the peninsula may be delayed up to a maximum of 15 days.

Shipping
Once your product has been processed, an email will be sent to you with the shipping number so that you can track your order.
The shipping costs of the order are 3,95€ in all the peninsula. The rest of the shipments have an additional cost, you can see the price of this shipping when you are managing the purchase.
Orders outside the peninsula and international orders have an additional cost, and we currently ship to all of Europe except some countries.
You can change the day and time of delivery or change the delivery address by contacting CTT Express with the shipment number.

If you are not at the place of shipment, a reshipment will be rescheduled; if they still cannot deliver your order, your order will be deposited at a collection point so that you can pick it up and you will be informed of its location. After 7 days the order will be returned to our warehouse.
You will have to contact us([email protected]). We can arrange a pick up at the stadium or we can resend it to you upon payment of the shipping cost.
Returns or Exchanges
The deadline for exchanges is 14 days after receiving the order confirmation email. For returns please refer to our general conditions, the consumer will receive a voucher.

Once the exchange or return has been agreed upon, it can be done at the stadium store or by sending it to the address Av. Manuel Martínez Valero 3, 03208 Elche (Alicante) or with an exchange agreed upon with CTT Express.
